Design & Sales Team

Design & Sales Manager

Although her interest in horticulture started with a Landscape Architecture class in high school, it is in her blood.  Her Grandma ran a greenhouse in Fairbury, IL for 13 years and her oldest brother, Justin Kaisner, is the Grade Foreman here at Grieder's.  Kassandra started in 2004 as an intern, where she worked in every area of the company, with a focus on the installation crews.  Working on the installation crews has given Kassandra the knowledge of every aspect of the installation process and the hard work that goes into it. This extensive experience helps her in her designs today, and gave her the love she has for creating enjoyment for the customer.  She has a degree in Horticulture from Illinois Central College.

Landscape Designer & Sales

Will has been with Grieder’s since 2017, starting on the installation crews and working his way to becoming a Landscape Designer.  Though he might be a little green to the industry, Will more than makes up for it with his ambition to create the perfect landscape for his clients.  He is a young, driven, working class man who is constantly learning and developing his trade.  Will is the oldest son in a family of 8 siblings which gives him a fantastic perspective on how families use their outdoor spaces.  He loves his wife, Sarah, his country, and the therapy of nature.  Whether it’s with some vivacious planting to help your yard stand out from the rest, or it’s a complete outdoor living space for you and your family, he’s here to help!

Bill started at Grieders in February of 2000.  His love for plants, design and people helps him create relaxing places for families and their friends to enjoy.  Bill's many years of experience has made him a great resource for the rest of the team.  Bill learned his love for plants at a young age and has worked in horticulture since the age of sixteen.  Bill has an Associate's Degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Illinois Central College and a Bachelor's Degree in the same from Illinois State University.  Prior to working for Grieders, he worked as a Graphic Designer.  When he's not in the office, he is spending time with his wife, Lori, traveling to see their adult children, golfing, or traveling internationally.  Ask him to share about latest trip to see some international ISU students.
